Ltd. N.Bomja Bakery LIELEZERS, founded in 1991, currently produces around 100 different products – from naturally fermented rye and sourdough breads to grain breads, white breads, biscuits, and pastries.
All products are made from high-quality ingredients and handmade, which gives each product uniqueness and distinguishes it from industrially manufactured goods.
At Riga Food 2025, visitors will have the opportunity to taste and purchase high-quality bread that requires about 36 hours of preparation – from scalding to fermentation and baking – as well as excellently tasty pastries.
