Fibre truffles produced in Latgale

At the Riga Food 2026 exhibition, visitors will be able to discover Safīra L gluten-free vegan confectionery products and dumpling dough mix. This will include a presentation of this year’s new products – fibre truffles, as well as customer-favourite fruit, berry, and vegetable powders. New flavours will also be on offer.

Among the presented novelties will be:
