Sveba-Dahlen Baltic – a trusted partner for professional bakery, confectionery and HoReCa equipment at Riga Food 2026

Sveba-Dahlen Baltic OÜ, the official representative of several leading European equipment manufacturers in the Baltic states, invites visitors to stand D10/E7, featuring bread and confectionery production equipment as well as HoReCa solutions from Sveba-Dahlen, Varimixer (Wodschow), Glimek, Mimac, Daub, Rondo, Jeros, JAC, Bakers, Coldline, Afinox and Pavoni. A live demonstration of the Mimac cookie-forming line will run at the stand throughout the show.

The stand will feature a cookie-forming machine by the Italian manufacturer MIMAC ITALIA S.R.L., producing shortbread cookies live in front of visitors. The demonstration will run throughout all exhibition days with no fixed schedule.
