MISSO Brings a New Generation of Functional Bites to Riga Food 2026
At Riga Food 2026, MISSO will present its range of modern plant-based snacks created for consumers who want both indulgence and better nutrition. Visitors will be able to discover and taste our Chocolate Bites in Three Nuts, Pistachio and Cherry & Almond flavours, as well as our FITBAR fruit-and-nut range. We will be showcasing products with no added sugar, high fibre content and carefully selected ingredients, while also meeting with retailers, distributors and industry partners interested in bringing MISSO to new European markets.
MISSO Chocolate Bites combine whole nuts with 74% dark vegan chocolate, creating a rich taste and satisfying texture without added sugar, lactose or palm oil. Available in 45 g and 180 g formats, the range includes Pistachio, Cherry & Almond and Three Nuts.
A 45 g pack can provide up to 50% of the daily fibre intake, reflecting one of Europe’s strongest nutrition trends: fibre-first products that unite functionality, convenience and enjoyment.
MISSO will also showcase its 30 g FITBAR range - fruit-and-nut bars naturally rich in fibre and vitamin C. The products are plant-based, gluten-free and designed for modern consumers seeking simple ingredients, balanced nutrition and convenient on-the-go formats.
The range follows key European market trends: clean-label formulations, mindful indulgence, texture-driven experiences, sustainable packaging and functional everyday snacking.
