“Dona” Invites You to Enjoy Healthy Bread
At the Latvian National Stand during Riga Food 2026, Dona Bakery will present healthy bread for today’s consumer.
Visitors will have the opportunity to discover:
- Rye bread with added protein;
- Wholegrain rye bread;
- Wholegrain wheat bread;
- “Dona” Sweet-and-Sour Bread (650 g).
New Products
Rye Bread with Added Protein. Scalded rye bread containing 10% wheat protein. Each 100 g serving provides 14.4 g of protein and 10.4 g of dietary fibre.
Wholegrain Wheat Bread. A soft everyday bread with the familiar taste of white bread but enhanced nutritional value. Every 100 g contains 5.5 g of dietary fibre and 7.7 g of protein, providing longer-lasting satiety and sustained energy.
At the Exhibition
On 10 September, the first day of the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to discover Dona’s latest products. Company representatives will explain the ingredients and nutritional benefits of the bread, highlighting why these products are a healthy choice for everyday consumption.
