Cidelia – Flavours Inspired by Northern Elegance

From 10–12 September, visitors to Riga Food 2026 will have the opportunity to discover organically grown Japanese quince and a wide range of products made from this exceptional fruit by Cidelia.

The family-owned farm Mētras will present its new Cidelia brand together with its new product packaging. The range includes organic Japanese quince products such as syrups, juices, candied fruit, marmalade, jams, and more. Most of the ingredients used in production are grown on the family’s own certified organic farm. The products are made in small batches, with a strong focus on freshness and quality.

Product tastings will be available during the exhibition!

Located in Ogresgals Parish, the family-owned farm Mētras manages the entire organic production process—from field to finished product—for Japanese quince, rhubarb, strawberries, and other crops.
