"Our Product – Our Strength": Novada Garša Invites You to Discover the Value of Latvian Food at Riga Food 2026!

This year, the Novada Garša stand at Riga Food 2026 will be presented under the slogan "Our Product – Our Strength", highlighting the potential of the local market and the importance of food self-sufficiency. Throughout the three-day exhibition, visitors will be able to follow the journey of food from farm to table and discover how everyday consumer choices support local producers. Meet Latvian food producers in person, hear their stories, and learn about their vision for a sustainable food system.

The stand’s discussion area will host a series of public events:

10 September – discussions with representatives of the public sector and industry on agricultural strategies and the future of locally produced food.
11 September – the Novada Garša Forum will take place on the exhibition’s Main Stage, where industry experts will discuss the role of local products in food self-sufficiency and the efficiency of food supply chains.
12 September – masterclasses, presentations of regional culinary traditions, and producer stories, offering visitors an authentic gastronomic experience.
