From 10–12 September at Riga Food 2026, Dvoretsky Distillery will welcome visitors to product tastings, presentations of its latest releases, and stories behind the creation of its premium craft spirits. The exhibition provides an opportunity to meet the distillery’s team and discover the creativity, craftsmanship, and dedication behind every product.
At Riga Food 2026, Dvoretsky Distillery will continue showcasing Milton No.1 – the first bourbon created in Latvia. Following its successful debut, this exceptional spirit remains one of the distillery’s proudest achievements and a landmark innovation for the Latvian spirits industry.
Inspired by Kentucky bourbon-making traditions while reflecting the distinctive craftsmanship of Dvoretsky Distillery, Milton No.1 is produced using carefully selected ingredients, a meticulous artisanal approach to every stage of production, and innovative – even revolutionary – techniques. It represents an important milestone for Latvia’s spirits industry and demonstrates that world-class bourbon can be crafted in Latvia.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to discover the distillery’s premium collection of craft spirits, including gin, liqueurs, vodka, ready-to-drink gin cocktails, and other unique artisanal beverages created in Latvia by combining traditional craftsmanship with modern precision.
Throughout the exhibition, guests will be able to taste the products, learn about their production process and the stories behind them, and explore the latest flavour profiles developed from carefully selected herbs, fruits, berries, and other natural ingredients.

Dvoretsky Distillery is a Latvian producer of premium craft spirits dedicated to creating beverages with distinctive character and authentic taste. Production is carried out using a custom-built copper alembic, crafted according to 19th-century traditions, together with carefully selected oak barrels that give the spirits their depth and complexity.
