During Riga Food 2025, at the Latvian National Pavilion, the bakery Lāči will present its new product line Rīga. The line includes two types of bread – Fruit Bread and Rye Bread – as well as two types of crispy toasts – Tomato & Basil Toasts and Bacon & Horseradish Toasts.
The new Rīga line combines traditional values with a modern approach to taste. Fruit Bread is generously enriched with juicy fruits, giving it a light sweetness and a homely aroma. Rye Bread embodies classic Latvian flavor – hearty, with a distinct character and authentic rye richness. The line is complemented by two types of crispy toasts: Tomato & Basil Toasts, which bring a light Mediterranean touch, and Bacon & Horseradish Toasts, whose smoky and spicy flavor appeals to those who enjoy strong sensations. Rīga is a collection of flavors inspired by tradition, created to be enjoyed today.
At the stand, visitors can enjoy tastings of the new products, presentations, and other activities (at the Bakers’ stand).
The bakery Lāči, founded in 1993, has for over 30 years pursued its mission to preserve and develop ancient bread-baking traditions, maintaining high standards of quality and taste to pass on to future generations.
