Honey soufflé basically is whipped and quickly cooled honey according to a special technology, which allows to create and preserve an airy honey structure. Sublimated/freeze-dried berries, flowers, spices and other ingredients are added during the foaming process. At the exhibition, you will be able to taste and buy all offered soufflés, gift sets will also be available. Stored at room temperature.

At the Riga Food exhibition in addition to the appreciated and very popular by our customers Meadowsweet honey soufflé, for the first time, we will offer new types of soufflé with medicinal herbs – chamomile, thymus and artemisia. It’s a new step for easy herbal tea preparation, but honey souffle with thymus can also be used to glaze/marinate salmon or meat, or to add new flavor nuances to your favorite salad.
