Zelta Rika will offer sourdough bread, oat flake bars, and sustainable snacks!
At the Riga Food 2025 exhibition, Zelta Rika will share its story about bread and how its leftovers are transformed into sustainable snacks.
Visitors to the Rēzekne Region exhibition area at “Riga Food 2025” will be able to discover what Zelta Rika has to offer:- Sourdough bread with various additions;
- Oat flake bars, snacks, and truffles;
- Treats made from bread leftovers.
Product tastings will be available at the exhibition! The story of Zelta Rika begins with bread – homemade rye and wheat sourdough bread enriched with rural ingredients: carrots, beets, garlic, onions, nettles, and pumpkin. This bread is their foundation and source of inspiration, both in flavor and in values.
To diversify their offerings and represent various grains, the company has also turned to oats. From oat flakes, they create nutritious and delicious snacks: bars, treats, and truffles – perfect for busy everyday moments or mindful snacking.
From bread leftovers, something truly special is made – truffles with different flavors, layered desserts, and other pastries that prove bread leftovers can be given a second life. All products are crafted with respect for ingredients and the environment. Zelta Rika is a place where bread begins its second journey – as a tasty, thoughtful, and sustainable snack.
Zelta Rika is a home-based business from the Latgale region, which since 2022 has been producing various types of sourdough bread – both classic and with added ingredients – with great respect for raw materials and nature. Company representatives can often be found at themed markets and events, proudly offering their sustainable products.
