Taste the rustic delights of Soltais!
From September 4 to 6, at Riga Food 2025, visitors to the Rēzekne Municipality stand will have the opportunity to discover the rural treats offered by Soltais: homemade ice cream in various flavours, ice cream cocktails, homemade yogurt, and fresh creamy cheeses in multiple varieties. The company offers products for any gourmet seeking authentic rural taste and a true flavour experience. Tastings will be available at the exhibition!
Homemade ice cream based on sweet cream or yogurt includes:
- “Nātres burvība” (Nettle Magic)
- “Gardais mango” (Delicious Mango)
- “Zelta Rika” (Golden Rye)
- “Saulainais dārzs” (Sunny Garden)
- “Zemeņu prieks” (Strawberry Joy) and other flavours.
About Soltais:
Operations began in September 2023. The company is part of the “Rēzekne Municipality Project” and is recognized as “Nurtured in Rēzekne Municipality.” It participated in the “Taste of the Region” event, where the homemade ice cream “Zelta Rika” (Golden Rye) won a silver medal. The farm has eight milking cows and operates with love from the countryside.
