Ķīpsala gets ready for the Latvian Winner 2026: rare dog and cat breeds, prestigious competitions and exciting shows
International Expo Centre in Ķīpsala will become the venue for the international canine and feline trade show Latvian Winner 2026 on 13-14 June 2026. It is expected to attract the owners of lots of different breeds of four-legged pets from Latvia and elsewhere. Two-day show will give visitors access to cat and dog competitions, rare and unusual breeds, various shows, and also everything a beloved pet needs to feel good every day.
Impressive, rare species
For dog lovers, trade show is a great place to see dog species that are popular around the world, as well as breeds less-widespread in Latvia. Some of the more exotic breeds include Schapendoes, Turkish national breed – the Kangal Shepherd Dog, Uruguayan mastiff (Cimarron Uruguayo), Greenland Dog and Bosnian Broken-haired Hound.
