LĪLAVU hard cheese


A hard cheese made using Cheddar cheese recipes, matured in unbleached cotton cloth. The cheese seems hard when you bite it, but thanks to the particular maturation process, it melts in your mouth like chocolate, releasing rich fruity and earthy notes on the palate, with the acidity of cheddar cheese and a full nutty and buttery aftertaste. The cheese has been awarded three gold stars of the British Great Taste Award, the world’s top food ranking system.
