MILGOGI is food startup from Lithuania. We are developing vegan chicken leg, which has fibrous texture, high nutritious value containing all essential amino acids and vitamin B12.
Unique chicken plant based drumstick has whole cut texture mouthfeel, replicated crispy chicken skin and has superior taste profile than current plant based chicken products. Our product is hand made of wheat and pea protein and other natural ingredients.
