How to Improve Body Function and Appearance After Childbirth. Consultations with Certified Trainer Santa Vula

On 8 March, at the exhibition Kids Expo Riga 2026, women will have the opportunity to receive free consultations and practical guidance from certified pre- and postnatal trainer Santa Vula, who has more than 15 years of experience and is the creator of the at-home postnatal exercise programme BORN.

During this important stage, when caring for a baby becomes the top priority and time for self-care is often limited, Santa will share effective and realistic ways to improve both body function and physical appearance through exercise, as well as how to avoid unnecessary strain on the back while looking after a newborn.

In a 20-minute individual consultation, participants will be able to:
• receive answers to questions and concerns related to the body during the postnatal period;
• learn everything about safe and effective exercise after childbirth, as many common issues can be addressed through movement;
• practice core-strengthening exercises to improve both functional strength and visual appearance;
• understand why pelvic floor exercises are essential for every woman and what health problems they help prevent;
• learn breathing techniques that support strength training and promote relaxation;
• discover practical ways to care for a baby while avoiding incorrect positions and excessive strain on the back that can lead to pain.

During the exhibition, visitors will also be able to purchase the online postnatal exercise programme BORN at a special price of €45 (regular price €150): https://born.thinkific.com
A complimentary in-person session at the DCH studio will be included as a gift.

Santa Vula is a certified pregnancy and postnatal trainer with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. She created the BORN programme to give every woman the opportunity to take care of her health at home, especially during a time when self-care often takes a back seat to caring for a baby.

She will also provide guidance on how to restore a slimmer waistline after childbirth, strengthen pelvic floor muscles, improve quality of life in the postnatal period, and adopt safe daily habits when caring for a baby.
