The beauty festival Baltic Beauty 2022 will take place in October!

This year Baltic Beauty 2022, the most important beauty industry event in the Baltics, will take place at Ķīpsala International Exhibition Centre sooner than usual - from 14 to 16 October -, offering the latest cosmetic products, beauty treatments and services. There will also be valuable conferences and glorious competitions!

For three days, industry professionals will be at the epicentre of the Baltic beauty event to learn about the latest trends, reach out to new clients, promote cooperation and develop their business. Others can watch glamorous shows, try out the latest beauty products and services, and shop for bargains.

“Today, face-to-face contacts are more valuable than ever, both in reaching new customers and meeting existing ones. And Baltic Beauty is the perfect place to do it, to meet a wide, interested target audience, test new products and receive quick feedback. We are currently actively working on an extensive program of events that will bring professional visitors and interested people,” says Kristīne Čerņavska, Head of Baltic Beauty.

As usual, the exhibitors will present a variety of consumer and professional beauty products and services in two halls. “The world of beautiful face and body” hall will offer a range of beauty clinic services, the latest products, services and various apparatus technologies . In the exhibition hall “The world of beautiful hair” you will not only find hair cosmetics, professional tools, accessories and equipment for hairdressing salons, you also will be able to consult professional hairdressers and watch virtuoso demonstrations by world-class masters. The exhibition will also be enriched by a separate jewellery and accessories section “The World of Jewellery”, where visitors will be able to buy jewellery of their choice. Everyone at exhibition Baltic Beauty will have the opportunity to get to know the latest beauty trends, watch demonstrations by masters, get advice and knowledge from the best hairdressers, cosmetologists, spa and manicure masters, as well as follow exciting competitions.

Glamorous competitions are back
After a two-year break, Baltic Beauty 2022 will once again host many of the beauty industry’s professional competitions, where both young talents and already experienced masters will showcase their mastery, skill and originality. On 16 October, make-up artists will compete in two glamorous and eye-pleasing competitions “Creative Makeup” and “Colour Makeup” organised by the Baltic IMAGE Specialists Association. On 14 and 15 October, the Dalila Beauty Cup 2022, an eyelash extension competition organised by the International Association for Eyelash and Eyebrow Professionals, and the XV Baltic SPA Championship, organised by the Latvian Spa & Wellness Federation and SPA SCHOOL massage technology school, will take place. On the first day of the championship, students and young specialists will demonstrate their skills, while on the second day, experienced specialists will demonstrate their skills. There will also be at least two competitions for manicurists in Ķīpsala: “Combined apparatus manicure” and a competition in the nomination “Image”, the final results of which will be displayed as posters on the exhibition wall. Both of these competitions are organized by SIA Pigmalions.

Extensive conference programme
It is already known that Baltic Beauty 2022 will host at least five valuable conferences, seminars and workshops. On 14 October, a conference on beauty innovations will be organised by Latvian Cosmetologists and Cosmeticians - Cidesco Section in Latvia in cooperation with SIA GMT Beauty. On 15 October, Ķīpsala International Exhibition Centre will host the Latvian Medical Association’s interdisciplinary conference “The Role of Omega-3 Fatty Acids in Promoting Health” and the Baltic IMAGE Specialists Association’s Makeup Conference “Colour, Shape, Texture”. On 16 October, two events will take place - conferences organized by the International Association for Eyelash and Eyebrow Professionals and Dalila Beauty School, and a forum by the Latvian Spa & Wellness Federation and the massage and yoga school SPA SCHOOL entitled “Mental Wellness. Stress as an instrument of human personality evolution”.

International Hairstyling Festival
The International Hairstyling Festival will also take place throughout the three days of the fair, with seminars and workshops by outstanding hairdressers, as well as competitions in which hairdressers will compete and showcase their fashion vision, creating trendy looks, unusual haircuts and hairstyles, sophisticated hair arrangements for brides, fantasy hairstyles, and surprising with unimaginable looks. In total, there will be competitions for hairdressers in 18 categories. The event programme will be updated.

Competitions for redheads, long-haired, as well as bearded individuals
This year, Ķīpsala International Exhibition Centre will also be ablaze in fiery orange colours, as the exhibition will feature competitions that will bring together people with red hair, beards and freckles, as well as those who particularly like bright orange and fiery red colours. Ķīpsala will also welcome attractive competitions for men and women with long hair and men with beards. Information on competitions and seminars will follow.
