If you are an exhibitor participating in the Baltic Beauty 2025 trade fair and you have a cosmetic product that is also based on a ground-breaking innovation for the beauty industry, you must enter it into the first beauty industry innovation and excellence prize of the Baltic Beauty Awards. Get your products appraised by an impartial jury, get more exposure if you are a company. If you are a consumer, this prize will show you the way to products that are the most innovative and have best quality.

We want to mark the 20th anniversary of Baltic Beauty trade fair with a new tradition of praising the most innovative and sustainable beauty products. I hope that Baltic Beauty Awards will become an important and prestigious occasion that will promote Latvia globally,” Kristīne Čerņavska, Director of Baltic Beauty, claims.
Products can be registered in any of the three competition categories:
1. Most innovative skincare formula
2. Most innovative haircare formula
3. Baltic brand innovation (for Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian companies only)
Competition is organised in two stages. Exhibitors/participants will be allowed to register their products for competition in either if the three categories until 10 September 2025, while competition finalists will be announced on 15 October. Six highest-scoring products in each category will be promoted to the finals. Three top places – gold, silver and bronze winners of the Baltic Beauty Awards 2025 – will be announced on the first day of the Baltic Beauty 2025 trade fair, which will take place in the Ķīpsala International Expo Centre, on 31 October. Products that will compete in the finals will also be displayed in the Expo Centre’s lobby, special Innovation Stand, for the whole duration of Baltic Beauty 2025.
Nature of innovation
Baltic Beauty Awards has been created in appreciation of innovative technologies and unique beauty industry solutions. Innovations must be in one of the following areas:
• Biotechnologies and use of active ingredients
• Sustainable, natural and green formula
• Cosmetics with anti-ageing components enriched with nano technologies and innovative formulas
• Advanced skin rejuvenation and treatment procedures and techniques (incl. devices)
• Modern and innovative hair colouring and care technologies
• Products suitable for different skin and hair types
• Innovative packaging design and product shape
Professional judges
Innovative products entered by the exhibitors of the Baltic Beauty 2025 trade fair will be assessed by highly-competent judges, including, chief editors of Baltic beauty magazines, industry experts and professional chemists, developers of cosmetic formulas who will be revealed gradually, as time comes closer. Judges will test competition entries for up to one month to assess the trendiness, innovative qualities, ingredient quality, convenience, sensory characteristics and other criteria. 170 points is the maximum score that can be awarded to the competition product by the judges.
Announcement of winners
Winners of Innovation Prize will be announced on 31 October 2025, in a special ceremony of the Baltic Beauty 2025 trade fair on the Main Stage. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive Baltic Beauty Awards gold, silver and bronze award, certificate and right to use the label that winners can use for marketing on their product packaging to show the innovative value and high quality of the product.
Moreover, products selected for the final round will be presented during the Baltic Beauty media event for journalists and influencers. Media event will generate additional publicity and exposure for the product.
But that is not all! Anyone can vote for the people’s choice on Instagram social platform. People’s choice will be also announced during the award ceremony on 31st of October.

Exhibitors of the Baltic Beauty 2025, including producers of the beauty and cosmetic instruments from the European Union (EU), or authorised dealers of EU-manufactured instruments, can enter their flagship products into Baltic Beauty Awards 2025 competition until 10 August.
Entrance fee per product before 31 July is €150+VAT. Fee will increase to €190+VAT from 1st of August until 10th of September. The more products you register, the bigger the discount!
