Supporting students to grow – and parents to stay themselves

At Skola 2026, LED Education will present their buddy support model for students from grades 3–12. Visitors will learn about the personalised academic and developmental support, parent seminars, clubs, workshops, and long-term guidance. Discount for the summer camp will be available during the trade fair.

LED Education are a European education project developed in cooperation with Tallinn University and the University of Hamburg.

Their core approach is the buddy system – a personal support mentor who helps a student learn, plan their time, develop skills, and feel safe both at school and beyond. Buddy support can be provided online or offline, in any school or country, for a period ranging from one month to several years.

LED Education work with students from grades 3 to 12, including exam-year students (grades 3, 9, 11–12), helping to reduce anxiety and exam-related stress. When needed, subject tutors (languages, mathematics, etc.) are involved.
They also support students transitioning to Latvian-language education, providing both academic and emotional assistance.

In parallel, LED Education work closely with parents through seminars and consultations, aligning goals and acting as one team in support of the child.
They do not replace schools. They help students survive, grow, and find themselves within the education system

LED Education is a European co-funded educational initiative developing personalised support solutions for students and families, combining academic research, innovation, and hands-on practice.
The initiative is implemented in partnership with Tallinn University, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, and Aixedu, a company specialising in digital literacy.
