Exhibition costs and documentation

Base price of exhibit space: 50–70 € / m²

Additional costs:

  • an exhibit space with a standard exhibition stand – 17 EUR / m²;
  • Building up individually designed stand – agreed upon price.
  • Participation fee – 100 EUR.

Additional equipment:

We provide additional services and equipment to each stand: stand structures, furniture, carpeting, electrical sockets, as well as we make and suspend different objects to ceiling and offer other services according to the price list.

An exhibit space with a standard Octanorm module includes building-up and dismantling, general lighting and lettering on the name board.

Stand building services

Exhibitors are provided with exhibition space with or without an exhibition booth. A standard exhibition booth includes assembling and dismantling of a booth, lighting and lettering on a booth. By special order, we can provide additional equipment, such as furniture, extra structural elements, communication systems.
