Cold winter Saturdays don’t have to mean just blankets and TikTok. Why not trade the couch for a chef’s jacket and learn skills you’ll use for the rest of your life—like cooking food so good your family is always by the table at dinner time?
At HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College they offer a hands-on culinary programme for young people with at least 9 years of education who are ready to turn their passion for food into real skills.
• When? Every Saturday, 10:00–15:00
• Who’s teaching? An experienced head chef who knows their way around a kitchen (and won’t let you overcook the steak).
• How long? 2 years of mastering fine-dining techniques, kitchen confidence, and chef-level creativity.
By the end, you’ll be ready to start a career in the hospitality industry, or become the undisputed star of every family gathering.
And yes—it gets even better. During the programme, learners can go on two paid internships in Italy, working in top-level restaurants. Learning to cook deliciously in Italy means cooking deliciously anywhere else!
