At the "Skola" trade fair, visitors will have the opportunity to meet the ambassadors of the Latvian University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU) and learn about study opportunities in Jelgava across more than 50 study programs – 24 bachelor’s, 17 master’s, and 11 doctoral programs. LBTU combines three key areas – people, nature, and technology – which form the university’s unique identity.
Visitors can take part in activities, receive admissions advice, and explore a special, live, and sustainable environmental installation created for the exhibition, symbolizing growth and respect for natural resources.
At the "Skola" trade fair, LBTU will offer visitors an experience that allows them to witness growth in nature and higher education firsthand. The university’s specially designed exhibition stand is a living environmental installation made from sustainable wood, which will continue to grow and develop throughout the exhibition, symbolizing LBTU’s development as a modern, multidisciplinary science university.
At the LBTU stand, visitors can learn about bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, student life in Jelgava, sports and extracurricular opportunities, as well as get hands-on experience with various fields of study.
For those who are still exploring their study direction, an interest-assessment tool will be available to help choose the most suitable bachelor’s program.
LBTU students and faculty members will also be present at the stand to provide individual consultations on admissions and career opportunities after graduation.
