Kilen Baltic is the first in Latvia to offer standardized private homes made of precast reinforced concrete. This wall solution has been proven in Sweden for decades. The company’s homes provide an A++ energy efficiency class (U-value 0.142 W/m²K), wall assembly takes just one day, and the house is under roof within a few weeks.
