General Information

Rental of non-equipped exhibit space includes:

  • an exhibit space without a standard exhibition stand (a participant may design an original exhibition stand);
  • project team’s support and advice on participation issues;
  • participant badges, parking passes;
  • coverage information about your products or services (description of products or services shall be submitted in advance);

Base rates of non-equipped exhibition space (1m²). Prices do not include VAT (21%).

  • Row stand (with one-sided opening) 94 €/m²
  • Corner stand (with two-sided opening) 102 €/m²
  • Head stand (with three-sided opening) 110 €/m²
  • Island stand (with four-sided opening) 118 €/m²
  • Exhibit space outdoors (no stand module) 54 €/m²
  • Registration fee 140
  • Regular participants get 5 % off

Standard stand

Exhibit space costs include:

  • an exhibit space with a standard exhibition stand – Octanorm module display (walls, h=2.5m), general lighting (100 W per each 3m2), lettering on the name board (to 16 characters); add EUR 20 + VAT to the base rate of one square metre;
  • project team’s support and advice on participation issues;
  • participant badges, parking passes;
  • guest passes for your clients (quantity depends on the size of an exhibition space; additional passes can be obtained for half the price of an entry ticket before the opening day);
  • coverage information about your products or services (description of products or services shall be submitted in advance);

Additional equipment:

It is possible to provide additional services and equipment to each stand: stand structures, furniture, carpets, power sockets, as well as to make a logo, hang objects from a ceiling and receive other services according to the Catalogue of Exhibition Equipment Rentals.

Exhibitors are provided with exhibition space with or without an exhibition booth. A standard exhibition booth includes assembling and dismantling of a booth, lighting and lettering on a booth. By special order we can provide additional equipment, such as furniture, extra structural elements, communications.
