Exhibition costs and documentation

Participation fee - 39 €

Base price of exhibit space - 12–19 € / m²
All prices are excluding VAT 21%.

Costs include:

  • participant badges and parking passes;
  • project team support and consultations on participation issues;
  • admission cards for your customers (number of complimentary cards depends on space rented; additional cards can be purchased at a half of the ticket base price);
  • participant entry in the exhibition e-catalogue;
  • information about your company or product in the fair’s website section “News”( previously submitting information to the PR project manager).

Additional equipment

We provide additional services and equipment to each stand: stand structures, furniture, carpeting, electrical sockets, as well as we make and suspend different objects to ceiling and offer other services according to the price list.

Stand Types

Standard stand

An exhibit space with a standard Octanorm module includes building-up and dismantling, general lighting and lettering on the name board.
