To become a participant:

1. Check the costs of participation.

2. Contact the project manager regarding the availability of exhibit spaces or fill in the online application form.

3. Book an exhibit space: submit a contract/application for leasing the space.

4. Confirm the booking by making the first payment 25% in accordance with the invoice issued by the organiser.

5. Get ready for the show! Order booth equipment, submit information about your news and plan other activities. We’ve put together a checklist containing all of the most important steps, as well as the deadlines.

Exhibition costs

The price includes:

  • exhibit space rental for the whole duration of the exhibition
  • participant badges (multiple entry)
  • invitations-guest entry cards to invite customers (single entry). The number of cards depends on space volume rented;
  • publishing of the information about your company in the e-catalogue, the list of participants;
  • including the information about your company novelties in the exhibition publicity (exhibition web page, social media, if text is timely submitted);

Exhibit space rental price:

  • Non-equipped exhibit space indoors:
    1. Large space for car exposition (from 50m2) – 28 EUR / m²
    2. Small/mid-size space for accessory, equipment exposition (from 6m2) – 60 EUR / m²
    3. Sports, classic, tuning, and hobby cars exposition – reduced price conditions (limited number of spaces)
  • Exhibit space outdoors (For any type of exposition) – 24 EUR / m²

All prices are excluding VAT 21 %
Book timely – after 15.12 prices increase by 20%

  • One time registration fee (regardless of the space size) – 100 EUR
