The International Exhibition Centre at Kipsala is the largest specialised exhibition complex in the Baltic states. The centre is well-suited for large-scale and technically complex events, as it is easily transformable to provide the necessary number of halls and rooms. Furthermore, the Exhibition Centre boasts a professional and highly experienced team.
International Exhibition Centre at Kipsala has two stationary exhibition halls (9200 m² and 5700 m²) and a number of fixed conference rooms (680 m², 250 m², 88 m², 40 m²).
Exhibition Centre halls are suitable to host international congresses, forums and seminars for thousands of delegates. As part of the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, Exhibition Centre hosted the "eHealth Week 2015" conference, an inter-parliamentary conference on issues regarding the European Union's Common Security and Defence Policy and Common Foreign and Security Policy, and the COSAC plenary meeting.
Taking into account its technical and organisational capacity, experts from the NATO PA International Secretariat selected the International Exhibition Centre at Kipsala as the most suitable venue for the NATO PA Spring Session in Riga.
The International Exhibition Centre at Kipsala has staged world-renowned musical productions such as The Sound of Music, West Side Story, and Les Misérables. Since 2004, BT 1 has hosted annual Christmas Gala concerts featuring opera and pop stars, choirs, and orchestras. The venue also hosts a diverse range of folk and contemporary dance concerts, as well as dance sport events and competitions.
Exhibition Centre has a capacity of 7,000 for standing concerts and can accommodate up to 6,500 guests for corporate events, providing all the necessary amenities for large-scale events.
