The unique ONE CUT technique is fast and also an efficient way to cut ladies hair. Universal approach enables use of the technique for all shapes of face and hair structure. ONE CUT hairstyling technique is a perfect choice for professional and personal growth. It will also be a good addition to the range of your professional services. Participants of the workshop are offered a presentation of 9 hairstyling techniques. 3 of these techniques will also be demonstrated on stage. Workshop will show how to cut hair in different shapes based on geometric and anatomic reference points and hairstyle design, which makes hairstylists job more effortless. After the training, Anna Zenkowska will distribute to workshop participants a professional tutorial (digital interactive training guide) that will help put new skills to practice following the images and description of the particular hairstyle in different stages, with links to additional videos on how to apply the technique. Unisex is a universal haircut for both women and men. There are standard unisex haircuts for long, medium and short hair that are perfect for those looking for speed and efficiency. Workshop will focus on following techniques: WOLF CUT with extended and short ponytail, HUSH CUT + MULLET, MEN’S HUSH CUT, TOMBOY, MEN’S TOMBOY, SKULLET, MEN’S SKULLET, PIXIE, MEN’S PIXIE. Workshop offers information in different formats: detailed descriptions of each stage of specific haircuts, description of anatomic reference points that allow for simple grouping of hair according to specific area, analysis of hair cutting methodology and selection of techniques for bespoke haircut, presentations of 10 haircuts, demonstrations of 3 haircuts, methodology guides for personal use. Each participant of the workshop will receive digital course materials: photos that show how to split hair and tighten strands, detailed description of each cutting stage, technical drawings of haircut schemes, QR code with a link to haircut video that can be accessed by scanning the code with a phone camera. Workshop that will transform your approach to hair colouring. This theoretical workshop will teach you about chemical properties and secret physics of hair dye. You will learn how to calculate the ideal dye formula based on mathematics and geometry to make the choice of the right shade easier and avoid minor imperfections in professional hair colouring. Training will teach you Balayage techniques and various proprietary Front Blonde styling methods for more complex colouring projects that make clients stand apart. Types of hair parting, width and thickness of hair strands and how that affects the dying results. Cascading effect. Demonstration of how these technical elements are done. Participants are offered to learn modern approaches to using hair modifying products, as well as analysis of methods and components that will give the desired colouring and treatment results. Discover the secret chemistry of hairstyling in seemingly easy manner that will help you deal with complicated aspects of hairstyling and take the right decisions despite complicated circumstances. Reversible and irreversible denaturation of proteins. Hair modifying products. Acid rinse: content and effect. Active substances in hair bleach: what you need to know before choosing a bleach. Bleach additives, conditioners, permanent colours (protein, magnesium sulphate, disodium salt, glycose, collagen, elastin, polyquaternium, glycerine): where and how to apply them. Oxidant content, hairstyling applications of oxidants. Chelating shampoo. Purifying washing products. Rules for using permanent and semi-permanent dyes for hair toning. Chemistry of pigments.
