Discover the taste of Latvian berries and fruits with ZS Kaspari

At the “Garden and Lifestyle 2026” exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to taste and purchase products from the ZS “Kaspari” winery, made from Latvian natural ingredients grown on the farm, sourced from beekeeping, or collected in the wild.

The farm “Kaspari,” located in Tume parish, Tukums region, cultivates a variety of berries and fruits using environmentally friendly methods. These are used to produce fruit wines, infusions, and strong alcoholic beverages. The farm also operates a beehive, and honey is used in selected products.

The assortment includes more than 20 types of fruit and berry wines of varying strength and sweetness, 13 types of infusions, and 7 types of strong alcoholic beverages. Popular choices include gooseberry, raspberry, and cherry dessert wines. Lighter wine enthusiasts prefer rhubarb and quince wines, while fans of classic red wines often choose chokeberry wines.

Among infusions, blackcurrant, raspberry, and cranberry are most popular. Notable strong beverages include Muižas Ļurbaks, “Kaspari” balsam, and apple cider brandy, internationally known as Calvados.

Products are available at fairs or by contacting the producer directly.

Tastings are also available, offering wines, infusions, and spirits, complemented by goat cheese, fruit and berry marmalades, confectionery, and honey. All tasting products are made locally in Tume parish.
