Landscape architect Ruta Gabranova offers bespoke garden design services — from the initial idea through to a fully developed technical project. At the exhibition Dārzs un dzīvesstils 2026, visitors will have the opportunity to explore her work, discuss their own garden ideas, and review potential design solutions together. During the exhibition, it will also be possible to agree on special terms for design services.
For more than 10 years, Ruta Gabranova has worked in the field of garden design and construction, developing private gardens from the first sketch through to full implementation. Now working independently, she applies this experience to create gardens that are not only visually refined, but also spatially coherent and truly livable.
Her approach is to act as an intermediary and a filter, translating the character of the site, the language of architecture, and the client’s wishes into a clear, aesthetic, and functional design.
For the landscape architect, it is essential that a garden is not merely a visual backdrop, but a spatially meaningful and fully usable environment whose true value is revealed through everyday use.
Workflow:
• Research and concept: In-depth analysis of the site and the client’s needs, developed into concept sketches and visualizations.
• Technical design: A detailed design package that serves as the foundation for high-quality implementation.
• Design supervision: Support during the implementation phase to ensure accurate execution of the design intent.
