Exhibition costs
The base price of exhibit space per square metre: EUR 47–65
This price includes:
- project team’s support and advice on participation issues;
- participant badges, parking passes, invitations to the opening reception;
- admission cards for your customers (number of complimentary cards depends on space rented; additional cards can be purchased at a half of the ticket base price);
- information about your special offer during the fair (previously submitting a description of your offering);
- information about your company in the e-catalogue, entry in the list of participants.
Additional costs:
- Building up a standard shell stand – EUR 20 per m²;
- Individually designed stand – contract price,
- Participation fee – 72 EUR.
All prices are excluding VAT 21%.

Additional equipment
It is possible to provide additional services and equipment to each stand: stand structures, furniture, carpets, power sockets, as well as to make a logo, hang objects from a ceiling and receive other services according to the Catalogue of Exhibition Equipment Rentals.

Standard shell stand
Includes: an Octanorm module display (walls, h=2.5m), general lighting (75 W per each 3m2), lettering on the name board (to 16 characters).
Building up a standard shell stand – EUR 20 per m².
