Much like the Olympic Games themselves, Balttour is also oriented towards highly dynamic performances, growth and new personal bests but in a different field: travel, experiences and inspiration. Deeper than a real submarine
Experience the unusual at the Estonian Rummu Quarry and Murru Prison Museum, the flooded former prison with transparent and crystal-clear turquoise water. airBaltic stand will offer visitors several exclusive products and great deals on airline tickets. You can try your hand at disc golf, see the Starlink antenna that secures free high-speed internet connection during flights across the whole Europe. Starlink brings you on another level – both literally and digitally as you can connect and work directly from an airborne plane. Re-energise yourself with adventure spirit During the Balttour on 6-8 February, Ķīpsala Expo Centre will be charged with all sorts of energy: from survival trips to the jungle to exotic Oriental adventures. Travel without borders will present the Dodge Ram, a car that has travelled to Albania and was completely rebuilt to customise the factory off-road vehicle for this special adventure. Velokurjers stand will offer cycling enthusiasts a power test, while all the adrenaline-lovers should go to the Energylandia stand to learn more about more than hundred adventures available at the Polish adventure park. But, if you like China, you should immerse yourself in the festive mood, traditional costume, calligraphy and dance offered at the country’s national stand.
All the way to Peru and Columbia
Balttour 2026 inspires to travel to some really exotic places. Peru will charm you with its astonishing Andes, Amazon jungle and heritage of the Inca civilisation, whereas Columbia will strike you with its colourful towns, Caribbean beaches, coffee regions and joy-filled culture. In addition to more distant destinations promoted at the Balttour, there will also be other exciting countries like Thailand, Philippines, Moldova, China, Slovakia, Ukraine and, of course, Latvia’s neighbouring countries that will offer new experiences and also great discoveries next door.
Tasty treats from Balttour exhibitors
Come to Ķīpsala and experience culinary delights in all their richness. Bauska region will offer foodies a journey into the local home-made foods and several master classes. Žemaitija stand will give an opportunity to taste traditional Žemaitian cuisine, meals served at the olden manor houses and the famous Džiugas cheese, while Joniškis stand will surprise with some unusual tastes, for example, herring bagels from the Žagare-born bagel master Ernesta Mikse. As per usual, Balttour will also have a farm market where visitors will be able to try different Baltic delicacies like pastry pies, cheese, bread, sausages, wine and other great products.
