“There is an enormous interest from exhibitors. Participation bookings are flying off the shelves faster than ever. Almost 70% of the exhibition space has already been booked and exhibitors are keenly preparing for the upcoming event in April. Although dealers are keeping the latest models under wraps, they are promising that there will be lots of exciting surprises. In this regard, Chinese automotive industry will be the one to watch out for as its manufacturers are becoming more active on the Latvian market and will bring a huge delegation to the trade fair,” Gints Šāvējs, trade fair’s director, says. “We try to make sure that each annual trade fair has exciting novelties for the visitors in terms of special and unusual cars – and this year will be no exception,” he adds.

The extensive Auto Mechanics section will introduce the latest industry products: car accessories, tyres, maintenance products, rust treatment products, carshop, carwash and repair shop equipment and devices. This is the section where visitors will find breathtaking hobby cars, restoration projects and less ordinary sports cars where each of the vehicles has unique characteristics. As per usual, Auto Exotica Awards 2026 will celebrate and award the best specimen in this category. Traditionally, Auto Exotica will also have a rather substantial number of car clubs. In 2026 Auto Exotica will also offer a special treat – a very unusual car from Italy that is in contention for the Guiness World Record. But further information will currently not be disclosed.
