Medbaltica 2025 trade show tucks another year under its belt with wide variety of conferences and exhibitors

18th International Medical Trade Fair Medbaltica 2025 took place in Ķīpsala in September, brining together thousands of industry professionals, medical product manufacturers and companies from 12 countries.

133 exhibitors from 12 countries, including Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Italy, Chine, Poland, Romania, Finland, Switzerland, Ukraine, Germany and Sweden, took part in Medbaltica 2025. Among them were quite many companies that came to Medbaltica for the first time. 11,063 visitors attended the fair to learn more about latest dental, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, healthcare technologies and approaches presented by exhibitors. In addition to professional products, visitors were also able to buy lots of different products for healthy, active lifestyle and general wellbeing.

Two-day trade show in Ķīpsala was accompanied by the biggest ever event programme or the total of 31 event, including 19 professional conferences and 11 other events on the Open Stage, such as workshops, lectures, presentations and discussions, which visitors were able to attend for free.

Dentistry was the sector that had most conferences, or four in total. There were also two interdisciplinary conferences organised by the Latvian Medical Association. Conference of Latvian Nurses’ Association, Latvian Association of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians’ conference. Latvian Association of Rehabilitation Medicine conference, Latvian Association of Ophthalmologists’ conference, Latvian Association of Podiatrists‘ conference and conferences of Latvian Physiotherapy Association, Latvian Professional Inpatient Physician Assistant Association, Latvian Pharmacists’ Society and Latvian Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists.

For the first time ever Latvian Association of Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeons and Baltic Applied Kinesiology Association also had their conferences at the Ķīpsala Expo Centre. Healthcare Employers Association also organised its annual conference during trade fair in Ķīpsala to enable managers of healthcare providers discuss latest trends and priorities.

The next Medbaltica 2026 medical trade fair will also be a two-day event scheduled for 24-25 September 2026. As per usual, it will take place at the Ķīpsala International Expo Centre.
