The largest Baltic education and career guide School 2026 trade fair

The last month of winter will bring Latvia’s main education trade fair School 2026 to Ķīpsala International Expo Centre. From 19th to 21st of February, it will offer all sorts of information about Latvian and foreign education providers, career and upskilling options, and latest education technologies. By the way, for the first tome ever School 2026 will take place from Thursday to Saturday.

In 2025, the fair School 2025 was attended by almost 18 thousand visitors.

Vocational education
To attract more students to their programmes, staff of technology schools and colleges will happily offer visitors of Ķīpsala information about studies after 9 or 12 years in general education. They will explain all the advantages of technical education that labour market can offer.

Higher education
State, private science and applied universities will provide additional information about entrance requirements, new 2026/2027 study programmes, availability of subsidies and international exchange and internship programmes throughout all three days.

International programmes
If you haven’t decided whether you want to study in Latvia or elsewhere, you should meet the staff and representatives of foreign universities. They will gladly offer advice on how to choose exchange programme, where you should go to obtain the right international language certificate and how to prepare for studying abroad.

Career guidance
Latvian Career Development Support Association and School 2026 education trade fair will offer young people 30 minute career guidance sessions with certified counsellors. They will help youngsters explore various career options and choose the best fit for their personal preferences and maximum potential in terms of talent, areas of interest, skills and competences.

Exciting and insightful events
During the trade fair on 19–21 February, visitors will also have access to variety of informative events. From exciting shows and competitions to inspirational speeches and discussions, the programme has it all. This is a unique opportunity to have some fun while also learning important facts. Events and technologies for educators
While youngsters explore their strengths and learn more about study programmes, teachers, lecturers and administrators will have a chance to join one of the many professional discussions about educational technologies or get their hands on latest technologies and innovations. School 2026 will offer vast information about interactive, digital learning tools that can be used for learning/teaching and making educator’s work more effortless and complete in the modern world.
