On March 27, the Latvian Association of Housing Managers and Administrators and the Ministry of Economics invite housing managers and apartment owners to attend the seminar “Current Issues in Multifamily Housing Management,” which will take place in Conference Hall No. 1 at the exhibition “Māja 2026”.
The event will discuss current issues in housing management, discuss European initiatives for promoting affordable housing, emphasizing policy directions and potential solutions in Latvia. Practical issues will also be covered – water meter verification requirements, management of dangerous equipment, and the creation of secure building energy systems in the context of future challenges.
The seminar will feature experts from the Ministry of Economics, the Consumer Rights Protection Centre, AS “Sadales tīkls”, the Finance Latvia Association, and the European Economic and Social Committee.
