MASOC is one of the largest and longest-established industry associations in Latvia. Since its establishment in 1994, the association has grown to include more than 180 members — companies operating in mechanical engineering, metalworking, and related industries. The association focuses on two main areas: enhancing the competitiveness and export potential of companies in the sector, and addressing education and skilled workforce availability. We represent the interests of the sector and implement joint projects and initiatives.
