Local home producers and small food producers from the Bauska region have joined forces in a shared initiative to introduce the flavours, products and people behind the region’s local food. At Riga Food, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the products of the participants of the Bauska Region Gourmet Route – to taste them, explore new flavours and purchase products made by local producers. At our shared stand, visitors will be able to meet various producers from the Bauska region and discover a diverse range of local products, including berry products, sweets, honey delicacies, sheep’s milk products, homemade specialties and other flavours from Zemgale. The Gourmet Route in the Bauska Region invites visitors not only to enjoy local products, but also to get to know the people who grow and create them.
