Established in 2014, Unicorn Winery has been created with the aim of offering quality wines with its own character and philosophy, and to represent in each bottle the richness of the local soil and climate. The grape varieties used by Unicorn Estate Winery are indigenous — Rara Neagra, world classics —Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and Georgian Rkatsiteli and Saperavi. The grape varieties are chosen with the aim of making complex wine with good balance and structure. Unicorn Estate owns vineyards in 2 regions of Moldova. In the center of the country and in the south of Moldova, on the Sinodrei Valley, which has a unique terroir, with a sandy soil rich in minerals. "Valea Sinodrei" is ventilated by the waters of the Dniester River, which slowly flows towards the Black Sea. This means that the soil and the climate are perfectly chosen for the cultivated wine varieties.
