Blateca grew out of ? small company started in 2008 Iocated in ? small village, in Gagauzia, ? beautiful and unique region in the South part of Moldova. Big drean1s ren1ained at the heart of con1pany business, initiated ?? Valentina Uzun, who developed one of Ieading businesses in Moldova out of her desire to create high-quality cold pressed oils,also known as virgin,to improve people's health.
Cold-pressed oil is the oil extracted in its natural form. Oilseeds are just pressed to yield out the oil before Bioteca delivers the product.
Organic Standard certification and IS022000 help Blateca grow progressively. Thus, the con1pany set zero-waste production and reuse the ma­ terials for making gluten-free flour and powders.
