To become a participant:

1. Check the costs of participation.

2. Contact the project manager regarding the availability of show exhibit spaces or fill in the online application form, and we will contact you.

3. Book an exhibit space at the show: submit a completed and signed contract/application for leasing the space.

4. Confirm the booking by making the first payment in accordance with the participation rules and the invoice issued by the organiser.

5. Get ready for the show: order booth equipment, submit information about your news and plan other activities.

Exhibition costs and documentation

The price for exhibit space includes:

  • project team’s support and advice on participation issues;
  • participant badges, parking passes;
  • admission cards for your customers (number of complimentary cards depends on space rented; additional cards can be purchased at a half of the ticket base price);
  • information about your special offer during the fair (previously submitting a description of your offering);
  • information about your company in the e-catalogue, entry in the list of participants;
  • information about your company or product in fair’s website adding the link to your company’s website.

Worthwhile information to all trade fair participants planning to sell food or beverages, or offer these products for tasting during the fair!

We would like to remind you that, upon identifying violations, the Food and Veterinary Service (FVS) inspector may terminate food distribution and/or apply a penalty.

Exhibitors are provided with exhibition space with or without an exhibition booth. A standard exhibition booth includes assembling and dismantling of a booth, lighting and lettering on a booth. By special order, we can provide additional equipment, such as furniture, extra structural elements, communication systems.
