2. Download and read the Rules for Participation and Contract-Application.

3. Fill in the on-line application form and we will contact you.

4. Sign up for the Fair Guide, an electronic catalogue.

Safety measures

Let’s make sure that the exhibition is as safe as possible, be responsible and observe health and safety measures!


Participant

If Participant’s staff member has cold symptoms, he / she stays home. Participant is responsible to replace the employee.

Observes the 2m distancing rule

Disinfects high-touch surfaces in the exhibition stand

Use of personal protective equipment (face coverings, masks, shields) is recommended

Organiser

Provides at least 3m wide aisles between the rows of exhibition stands

Provides hand sanitisers

Ensures visitor number control and flow management (3 m² of publicly accessible premises per one visitor)

Ensures entirely separate visitor entry and exit flows

Carries out cleaning and disinfection

Deploys Avoid Crowds warning signs and 2m physical distancing floor stickers

Regularly plays back audio announcements urging visitors to avoid crowds and to observe the 2m distancing rule

No more than 50% of the total number of persons that publicly accessible space and infrastructure of the exhibition centre can accommodate shall be allowed at the exhibition at the same time

Exhibition costs and documentation

The price for exhibit space includes:

  • project team’s support and advice on participation issues;
  • participant badges, parking passes; invitations to the opening reception;
  • admission cards for your customers (number of complimentary cards depends on space rented; additional cards can be purchased at a half of the ticket base price);
  • information about your special offer during the fair (previously submitting a description of your offering);
  • information about your company in the e-catalogue, entry in the list of participants;
  • information about your company or product in fair’s website adding the link to your company’s website.

Base price of non-equipped exhibit space per square metre: from 40-51 EUR

All prices are excluding VAT 21%.

Participation fee (one-off) 70 EUR


Additional costs:

  • an exhibit space with a standard exhibition stand – 16 EUR / m²;
  • Building up individually designed stand – agreed upon price.

Additional equipment

We provide additional services and equipment to each stand: stand structures, furniture, carpeting, electrical sockets, as well as we make and suspend different objects to ceiling and offer other services according to the price list.
