Exhibition costs

The price for non-equipped and equipped exhibit space includes:

  • project team’s support and advice on participation issues;
  • participant badges, parking passes;
  • admission cards for your customers (number of complimentary cards depends on space rented; additional cards can be purchased at a half of the ticket base price);
  • information about your company in the e-catalogue;
  • information about your company or product in fair’s website adding the link to your company’s website, sending it to the PR manager in advance.

Base price of exhibit space per square metre. All prices are excluding VAT 21%.

  • Non-equipped exhibit space indoors 35–45 €/m²
  • Standard shell stand 16 €/m²
  • Participation fee 100

Additional equipment

We provide additional services and equipment to each stand: stand structures, furniture, carpeting, electrical sockets, as well as we make and suspend different objects to ceiling and offer other services according to the price list.

Stand Building

Standard stands

Exhibit space with a standard shell module includes setting up and dismantling of a stand, lighting and company’s name on the nameboard.

Design stand

Exhibitors are provided with exhibition space with or without an exhibition booth. A standard exhibition booth includes assembling and dismantling of a booth, lighting and lettering on a booth. By special order we can provide additional equipment, such as furniture, extra structural elements, communications.

International Exhibition Company BT 1 has an extensive experience in organising publicity campaigns; therefore, you can count on a massive publicity. However, it depends also on you whether mass media spot your company among other participants.

Should you wish to inform audience about your company, products or projects already before the event, then an informative material is what we expect from you. Send us information in Latvian, Russian and English, and we will include it in our press releases and will publish it on event’s website.
