Everyone who builds, renovates or refurbishes is welcome to attend the largest building industry trade fair “House I 2019” to be held at Kipsala International Exhibition Centre, 14–17 March.
The International Building Industry Fair “House I” takes place for the 33rd consecutive time.
More than 390 companies from nine countries – Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Belgium, Ukraine, Finland, Italy and Great Britain – will present their products and services to the visitors.
The field of land amelioration will be represented at “House I” for the first time.
The fair covers the following sectors: finishing materials, roofs and facades, doors and windows, furniture, lighting and electrical systems, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, water supply, gardens and patios, interior design, building products, stairs and railings, fences and security solutions, pools, fireplaces etc.
On March 15, industry professionals will have an opportunity to attend the conference on the management of apartment blocks, to find out information on The Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE) at the international seminar or visit the panel on installation of children’s playgrounds or sports grounds.
In the Home Security Month exposition, experts will use virtual reality (VR) fire safety experience, help develop an evacuation plan and tell all about smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
The campaign "Let’s live warmer!" ("Dzīvo siltāk!") will inform about the EU funding for the improvement of heat insulation of multi-apartment residential buildings and quality renovation.
The Elektrum experts will consult on saving energy costs and increasing comfort.
Riga City Construction Board will inform about issues related to property maintenance, arbitrary construction, construction documentation, as well as the legal framework of construction works and property improvement.
DECCO CENTRS will offer educational presentations on home furnishing and decoration, and food masterclasses. Singer and television presenter Roberto Melone will welcome visitors at the DECCO CENTRS’s fully functioning apartment and host the programme of contests and musical performances on Saturday, 16 March.
STIHL will provide not only information on their latest regular and robotic lawnmowers but also offer to inspect the racing car of Reinis Nitišs. Visitors will have an opportunity of meeting with the racing driver on Saturday, 16 March, 11.00–14.00.
