Before building, renovating or upgrading your home, see the latest news related to building technologies and solutions at the International Building Industry Fair “House I 2019” to be held four days, 14–17 March, at Kipsala International Exhibition Centre. The fair will offer a wide range of products and services: the best building tools and machinery, improved building materials, efficient heating and sanitary equipment, functional landscaping and interior solutions.
The trade fair will present innovative building materials and trends – from auxiliary concreting agents and natural building materials to cement bonded particleboards facilitating ventilation of the facades and advanced insulation systems. There will also be a wide range of finishing materials – various types of interior and exterior doors, sliding door systems, vinyl and wood flooring, a variety of wooden, artificial stone and glass elements for interior and exterior decoration, as well as classic and contemporary interior items.
More than 400 companies from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Belarus, Germany, Great Britain and Italy will present their best deals. To make the building not only cosy but also energy-efficient, environmentally friendly and saving money, the House I fair will also offer solutions for private homes, district heating systems and industrial buildings – everything from gravity fed pellet stoves operating autonomously for 24h, automated heating systems to ecological kindling, solar collectors and expert advice on efficient use of electricity.
If you are looking for something ready to use, you will be able to choose something from a vast selection of high-quality and modern modular or panel houses, or functional garden houses. Moreover, there will be presented a range of advanced technologies for comfort and safety – smart home systems, smoke detectors, central vacuum systems, energy efficiency, video surveillance and security systems.
Landscaping and ancillaries
Special attention this year will be paid to landscaping and construction of auxiliary buildings, which is the reason why people living in regions will be especially welcome at “House I 2019”. Participating companies will present variety of solutions for basements, fences and gates, pond excavation and landscaping, and a wide range of related products – patios, greenhouses, verandas, flower pots, garden structures, children’s playgrounds, garden furniture, paving stones, fireplaces and even exclusive fire tables and conservatories.
