“Balttour” – the sought-after travel trade fair in the Baltics offering the most thorough information on new travel offers for the season, a handsome return on participation to professional audience and a very special atmosphere encouraging impressions and desire of having a whale of a time travelling at home or abroad.

International Exhibition Company BT 1 has been organising and innovating the “Balttour” trade fair since its inception not only to kick off each subsequent season but to make it the most beneficial, accessible and captivating tourism event of the year!

Involving the best resources – the venue, stand building, publicity and advertising services – “Balttour” will remain attractive and accessible to people, companies and tourism industry also in the future. Concerning organisational matters, “Balttour” will convert into an open source project held on the principles of goal attainment, economic validity and mutual respect by professional travel trade associations and unions, governmental and municipal institutions, educational and information establishments.

The 18th annual “Balttour 2011” trade fair is grounded in a significantly revamped concept and includes such event components as:
– abundant cultural programme,
– favourable and affordable conditions for participation and attendance,
– openness for Latvian travel trade,
– Thematic arrangement in „Travel Latvia” and „Discover the World” parts and more.
