Transformers Show for kids at Auto 2019!

The International Motor Show “Auto 2019” takes place at Kipsala International Exhibition Centre this weekend, from 12?14 April. There is much to see and try out for families with kids - to meet the Transformers, to see a gigantic all-terrain vehicle, to try an electric scooter and to fold a cardboard police car of one’s own!

Meet the Transformers – Optimus Prime and Megatron!
“The Saga of the Transformers” goes on, and this time for enjoyment of children at "Auto 2019"! Meet the Optimus Prime and the antagonist all-mighty Megatron on 13 and 14 April. On Sunday, 14 April, Megatron and Optimus Prime will meet at the exhibition. Which one will win the clash? Come and see it yourself! Watch a video:

Get on the huge Burlak!
You won’t miss the Burlak. It is huge! This all-terrain vehicle is 7.2 m long, 2.9 m wide, and 3.2 m high. Its full weight is 6.3 tons. Only standing on its roof you can see how huge it is! Kids, by the way, will have a chance to get on board of this giant! Read more:

Fold your police car!
Visit the State Police stand fold your own cardboard police car with new colour markings. Parents will also have the opportunity to get useful information on how to fasten their kids’ car seats correctly and test their skills under supervision of a police officer.

Try out electric scooter!
Children and parents are welcome to the test drive zone in the New Cars Hall to try an electric scooter. E-scooter is foldable and compact, so you can take it anywhere. You can also see the electric mini bus OPP developed by Andris Dambis and his team there. Just visit the e-mobility exposition!

See three Lambos in one place!
The Motor Show offers to see three most powerful Lambos: the superfast Lamborghini Aventador SVJ that can run up to 350 km/h, the Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo of the Flash Racing Latvia team, and the Lamborghini Urus, the world’s fastest SUV having a 650 hp V8 biturbo engine.

Fly in Orbitron 3D!
The Orbitron 3D Swing can be tested in the Children’s Entertainment Zone. This attraction is for those, who have dreamt of travelling to space as a child. Orbitron is obedient - it can be both nice and crazy. A flight in Orbitron is for everyone ? no matter whether you are a child, an astronaut or a granny! Nervous laughter and tears of joy guaranteed!

Join virtual racing!
Trying out the VR Gaming’s virtual reality racing simulator equipped with 3DOF moving platform, pilot’s seat and virtual reality headset is available for an additional fee. Moreover, the best gamers are welcome to take part in a mini-tournament. Awards for the fastest lap in Biķernieki Race Track to be bestowed.

The youngest visitors are welcome to enjoy their time in the playground “Arbūzs”. The programme of “Auto 2019” events:
