How to Successfully Export Fashion? Learn from the Fashion Guru Anton Dell!

Anton Dell, one of the leading fashion business experts in the world, visited Riga three years ago and came to the conclusion that Latvian fashion business has potential! Now, he is back to help Latvian fashion professionals make one step closer to export at the Baltic Fashion & Textile RIGA trade fair on 30 March.

“As the role of globalisation grows, there is no longer a single ‘export formula’ fit for all companies. Each story is individual, thus requiring a personalised approach,” says fashion export guru Anton Dell, who will speak at the Baltic Fashion & Textile RIGA seminar Fashion and Design: Fashion Business and Trends.

Anton Dell has worked in fashion export for 39 years. When asked what is the most essential trait in this industry, he immediately says: “Persistence!”. Having experienced both ups and downs, Anton Dell has accumulated invaluable experience and knowledge that he will share at the seminar. The expert will speak about fine-tuning fashion collections to the international market, competing with low-cost manufacturers, and the pros and cons of online market. His advice on overcoming potential obstacles alone is worth hearing. After the seminar, anyone will have a unique chance to individually meet Anton Dell. To book a meeting, write to: sanita.blomniece@bt1.lv.

Over the past 22 years, Anton Dell’s company Anton Dell Fashion Consultancy has helped hundreds of small and medium-sized brands to choose the best country for export, including Latvian companies such as Lazy Francis, Myfeltboots, Sauths Lietuva, Mr. Marten, Ludmila Labkova u.c.

The Fashion and Design: Fashion Business and Trends seminar will take place on 30 March at conference room No. 1 of the International Exhibition Centre in Ķīpsala. Other seminar speakers include the Marketing Project Manager at “Carlin Creative Trend Bureau” Louise Taccoen, who will introduce the audience to the driving forces behind the 2018/2019 autumn/winter fashion trends, as well as fashion purchasing specialist, sales and brand manager Elīza Drāzniece, who will speak about creating and promoting fashion brands.
