RIGA COMM 2020 for digital transformation coming 1516 October!

On 15 and 16 October, companies and organisations are invited to attend the RIGA COMM 2020 Business Technology Exhibition and Conferences to learn about digital transformation opportunities, automation of business processes and efficiency improvement, and to find the necessary digital solutions. Moreover, the spread of a pandemic has made digital transformation a priority for both business and public sector.


Latvian and international companies such as Certes.lv, Squalio, financial technology company Bilderlings Pay, e-mail marketing company Mailigen by Pipedrive, employee engagement platform Efectio and MEEMO E-WORK SAFETY - labour protection IT solution will present their digital products and services. Verifone will offer a new generation of terminals, Alpha Visum will demonstrate a machine learning solution for financial data analysis, while Tet will introduce visitors to its chatbot, and FanApps will present opportunities for a mobile app development.

At the annual Internet of Things Conference on October 15, you will learn about the latest IoT offers and application in business processes, as well as in state and urban administration, cyber security and teleoperations. The conference will also include a discussion among industry experts on the next level of technology and services for shaping future urban mobility. The conference will be held in English.

At the Smart HR Conference on October 15, HR specialists and company managers will learn about smart technologies in personnel management: talent management solutions, determining the level of foreign language skills of employees, employee motivation and involvement, successful corporate culture and remote work. The conference is organized in cooperation with the Smart HR Latvija Team and will be held in English.

On the first day of RIGA COMM 2020, a Machine Learning Conference will be held in cooperation with Intelligent Machines Riga. Agnis Jakubovičs, a CEO at Apply IT, will talk about the use of computer vision in process automation, but a representative of Tilde will introduce listeners to language technologies for intelligent process automation. Muntis Rudzitis from Emergn Machine Learning Laboratory will talk about machine teaching for workflow automation. Accenture data scientist Alīna Neščerecka will present automation solutions and challenges in physical therapy. Working language - English.

The RIGA COMM Financial Technology Conference on October 16 will cover the latest fintech solutions - from the first steps in e-commerce, security challenges and open banking to flexible payrolls, comparison of bots and algorithms with people and solutions for freelancers. Conference will be held in English.

To encourage more women to join the technology industry and draw attention to women who have built a successful career in this sector, the Women in Tech conference will be held for the second year in a row. Kerli Gabriloviča, head of Luminor Group, Alise Dīrika, co-founder of Infogram, Milda Mitkute, co-founder of Vinted, Kristel Kruustuk, founder and CTO of Testlio, will share inspiring success stories on October 16. RIGA COMM TVNET Digital Marketing Stage, 15?16 October, will be the place to refresh the basics of digital marketing or to keep abreast of the current trends and latest solutions. The conference will cover a range of topics from the email marketing automation, website monetisation, affiliate marketing and ecommerce news to a modern brand book, interaction of video content and video advertising, and the impact of a pandemic on PR. The conference will offer a discussion of industry professionals “Cookie 3000. How a desire for privacy affects the future of digital marketing?” Presentations will be held in Latvian and English.

The additional safety restrictions currently adopted in the country require visitors to RIGA COMM to use the mouth and nose covering (face mask or shield).
